1. Services

Dooty Dogz provides pet waste removal and related yard maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include recurring visits, one-time cleanups, deodorizing treatments, and other services as described at the time of booking.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the service area.
• Ensure gates are unlocked and accessible during scheduled service times.
• Notify us of any aggressive animals or hazards on the property.
• Maintain a safe environment free of dangerous conditions, including exposed wires, sharp objects, or unsafe structures.
• Keep pets secured if they may pose a risk to our staff.

If we are unable to safely access the property, the visit may be skipped and charged as a completed service.

3. Pet Safety

Customer acknowledges that Dooty Dogz is not responsible for pets that escape due to faulty gates, fencing, latches, or other property conditions beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure gates are secured after service is completed.

4. Service Scheduling

Recurring customers will be assigned a regular service schedule. Service dates and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, staffing, equipment issues, holidays, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to adjust routes and schedules as necessary.

5. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to:

• Extreme cold
• Heavy snowfall
• Ice conditions
• Thunderstorms
• Flooding
• Unsafe working conditions

Missed visits caused by weather may be rescheduled at our discretion or combined with the next scheduled service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the plan selected by the customer.

We may require payment in advance for certain services.

Late payments may result in:

• Service suspension
• Additional administrative fees
• Collection efforts where permitted by law

Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Cancellations

Recurring Service:

Customers may cancel recurring service at any time by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled visit.

One-Time Service:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00.

8. Initial Cleanup Charges

Properties with excessive accumulated pet waste may require an initial cleanup fee in addition to regular service charges.

This fee will be disclosed before work begins whenever possible.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer believes a service was not completed properly, they must notify Dooty Dogz within 24 hours of service.

We may, at our discretion, return to inspect and correct any verified issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dooty Dogz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Property Damage

Any claim for alleged property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Dooty Dogz is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or conditions that were not caused by our employees.

12. Right to Refuse Service

• Conditions are unsafe.
• A customer is abusive or threatening.
• Aggressive animals are present.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Access to the property is repeatedly unavailable.

13. Privacy

Customer information will be used only for scheduling, billing, customer support, and business operations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

Dooty Dogz may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
